Change is Inevitable. Transition is a Skill

Changes are events. You move or get a new job. Your company merges and you are redundant. A global pandemic breaks out. Your cat dies. Your kids leave home. You retire. Change is never ending. Transition is different. It is optional and it is a skill.

To successfully Transition means doing the work of creating inner shifts of identity, possibility and belief. Shifts to help us assimilate and adjust to changes.
